The procedure of awarding the contract of Bacau OCPI and BCPI premises will take place according to Order No. 913/05.12.07 for the approval of Regulation for the awarding procedure for real estate purchase or rental contracts for ANCPI and subordinated units. The following represent the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements to be met by the contracting authority.

i. utile surface: 1200 – 1500 sqm;
ii. gross surface: 1400 – 1700 sqm;
iii. building free surface: minimum 250 sqm.
2. location: central area of Bacau municipality, direct access to the main street;
3. road access: minimum one road;
4. maximum distance to public transportation: maximum 650 m;
5. utilities (already in place or in hand): electric power, central heating system, running water, sewerage;
6. facilities included in the real estate rental value:
- structure, finishing will need no new investment and will be ready to be used immediately after renting;
- archive space for minimum 700 sqm;
- sanitary group in service, within the building, for each level;
