ANCPI buys real estate for Valcea Office of Cadastre and Land Registration

The National Agency of Cadastre and Land Registration residing at No. 202A Splaiul Independentei, Bucharest, 1st floor, sector 6, fiscal code 9051601, brings to the public attention the initiation of the procedure of awarding the real estate purchase contract for Valcea OCPI.

The procedure of awarding the real estate purchase contract for the OCPI Valcea premises will take place according to Order No. 913/05.12.07 for the approval of Regulation for the awarding procedure for real estate purchase or rental contracts for ANCPI and subordinated units.

The following represent the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements to be met by the contracting authority.
1. surfaces: 700 – 1000 sqm;
2. location: central area of Ramnicu Valcea municipality, by PUG location;
3. road access: minimum one main road;
4. maximum distance to public transportation: maximum 300 m;
5. utilities (already in place or in hand): minimum: water, gas, sewerage, electric power, telephone, internet;
6. other facilities of real estate:
- urbanism certificate;
- to allow the construction of a building with gross surface of 1500-2000 sqm.

Deadline for clarification request: February, 22, 2008.
Deadline for clarification receipt: February 27, 2008.
