National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration organizes an open tender procedure / 3 Lots for purchasing of consultancy services in order to fulfill the following objectives:

LOT I – Consultancy services in view of consolidating ANCPI capacity to producing geographical information for both internal use and for accomplishing the requirements for the INSPIRE Directive issued by the EU, by setting up the NATIONAL MAPPING AUTHORITY.

LOT II – Consultancy services aiming to improve ANCPI capacity of carrying studies and research activities, mainly in the field of basic geodesy, by setting up the ANCPI STUDY CENTER.

LOT III – Increasing the capacity held by ANCPI to continuously training its staff, by setting up the ANCPI TRAINING CENTER. 

The tender is organized in accordance with the provisions of OUG 34/2006, with subsequent amendments.
